By default, the system displays frequently used resources for candidate search. You can add your own sources to them.<\/p>\n<h2>How to add your resume source?<\/h2>\n<p>In Account settings you have <a href=\"http:\/\/beta2vt2.persiahr.com\/user\/editsources\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Resume sources<\/a> section where frequently used resources that are used to search for candidates. To do this, use the advanced search, select option \u00ab<strong>Source<\/strong>\u00bb and in the drop-down list, select the resource you are interested in. Then click \u00ab<strong>Find<\/strong>\u00bb and the system will filter out all resumes gathered from this source.<\/p>\n<h2>How to track the effectiveness of resume sources?<\/h2>\n<p>To find out which sources bring the maximum profit, go to <a href=\"http:\/\/beta2vt2.persiahr.com\/reports\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Stats<\/a> section and in \u00ab<strong>Resume sources<\/strong>\u00bb block you will see all the information.
